After 40 years of great commitment and continuous research, RCN SRL is proud to be today among the largest European manufacturers of vanes for the vacuum pump industry.
Among our flagship products are:
- The RCN COTTON PHENOL GRAPHITE vanes, produced with special pure cotton fabrics and phenolic resin with various mineral additives. Especially suitable for the production of vacuum pumps where low sliding resistance and high wear resistance are required. Particularly suitable for continuous medium-to-high operating temperatures, between 130 °C and 180 °C.
- RCN KEVLAR PHENOL vanes, produced with special pure Kevlar fabrics and phenolic resin with various mineral additives. Used in the production of vacuum pumps where low sliding resistance and high wear resistance are required. They are particularly suitable for continuous high operating temperatures, up to 250 °C.
