RCN has specialized for more than 40 years in the production of plastic laminates and electrical insulators for the following sectors: aviation, furniture, military defense, construction, industrial, railroad and sports. For years we have been a strategic partner and supplier of major companies operating in Italy and abroad.
We are capable of tackling any type of project that requires the design and production of both structural and aesthetic carbon components, guaranteeing the highest quality processes for both series and medium-scale production.
Located in Milan, RCN guarantees top-quality productions designed to meet the most demanding requirements, providing “tailor-made ” quality and high-tech “made in Italy” products. Our strength is undoubtedly the production cycle, which we follow at all stages. The impregnation department is the company’s flagship: complete control of the production process results in high-quality finished products.
We collaborate with boatyards in order to design and implement the ideas of our clients and their principals.
We collaborate on instrument parts for aerospace, producing panels and structures for space satellites.
All the parts we produce have structural features. We are able to meet requests on customers’ specific needs.
Since its inception, RCN has been oriented toward the production of industrial structural laminates. Through the use of hot presses of different sizes, we make laminates and panels up to a maximum value of 1300X2000mm . We are able to produce very thin sheets from the thickness of a few tenths to laminates several centimeters thick; made from any fabric pre-impregnated with resins
Complementing our production, we have also made some furniture items such as tables and lamps where by exploiting the high mechanical properties, flexibility and moldability of the fabric, we are able to create futuristic geometries, enhancing the elegant texture of exposed composite fabrics.
